Annual subscription dues and temporary suspension of online payment service

Please be reminded to settle the annual subscription fee on or before 30 June 2025. A surcharge of HK$1,000 (or at pro-rated rate where applicable) will be levied for overdue payment. You may refer to the Demand Note sent in January regarding the amount payable. Please contact us if you did not receive the Demand Note.

Please be informed that the online payment service will be suspended temporarily for maintenance from 12:00am (HKT), 1 July 2025 to 11:59am (HKT), 12 July 2025

Fellows are recommended to settle the annual subscriptions by electronic payment methods. Please log into eHKAM Portal (https://e.hkam.hk/) or iCMECPD (www.icmecpd.hk) to make the payment.

• For eHKAM Portal, please login with your eHKAM ID ([email protected]) and select ‘Annual Subscription’ on the home page. If you do not have an eHKAM ID, please register at https://online.hkam.org.hk/ehkam/registration.

• For iCMECPD, please select ‘Fellow’s Area’ > ‘Annual Subscription’

Then, kindly follow the instructions to settle the outstanding by either credit card or Faster Payment System (FPS).

All payments must be received before 30 September 2025. According to Bylaw 6.4:
If a member's fee or any other money due by a member to the Academy is not received by the Academy within 9 months after such payment falls due, despite two written reminders by the Academy to pay, the member shall automatically forfeit his membership.
