Workshop on Expert Witness Report Writing

The Task Force on Laws for Healthcare Practitioners under Academy’s Professionalism and Ethics Committee (PEC) will organise a Workshop on Expert Witness Report Writing on 9 March 2024 (Saturday) at 2:30pm – 5:30pm. It will be held at Function Room 1-2, 2/F, Hong Kong Academy of Medicine Jockey Club Building.

The HKAM Online Training Course for Expert Witnesses was launched on 5 October 2022. By the end of last year, 224 participants have enrolled, and more than 70 of them have completed the Course. This Workshop aims to provide the participants with the opportunity to apply the knowledge gained in the Course to hone their report writing skills.

Target Participants:

• All participants of the Online Training Course for Expert Witnesses, with priority given to Fellows who have completed the Course, on a first-come, first-served basis;
• Fellows who have not enrolled in the Course but have experience in expert witness report writing may also be accepted if seats are available.
